* Audit, Objective: Quality assurance function to maintain non-profit status. Responsibilities include reviewing the books, bylaws, articles of incorporation, policies & procedures. Seeks compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations concerning non-profit organizations. Assits with Board development to achieve these purposes and goals.
* Concert & Special Events, Objective: The production of two flawless concerts each season and the publicity for those concerts. Responsibilities include developing concert checklists, working with volunteers including a stage manager for each concert, seeking concert donations and freebies. Also responsible for writing press releases and communicating with media contacts, developing and maintaining the Windsong website.
* Fundraising, Objective: Develops funding through major gifts, foundation grants, concert sponsorship, and fundraising events. Responsibilities include establishing and executing a fund development plan.
* Membership, Objective: Recruitment and retention of all members. Responsibilities include new member orientation and coordinating social gatherings for members.
