Dead Inside He gave it away today He let it rot and fade away He let it die He never cries He's dead inside He gave his heart away He never liked it anyway Now it lies in an alley Like garabage used and thrown away Unwanted and useless He distroyed his hopes and dreams He cut them up with people's words Left them in the dirt What's left slowly rots Fading away into nothingness He let the good inside him die He let it commit suicide Cruelty was absorbed into his soul Replacing all that was ever good Numming the pain inside He never once shed a tear He never liked to show his fears Keeping it bottled up inside Like acid it eats away at his inside In time it will eat its way outside He never really lived He never got any of those good things Faced with darkness too soon in life It was too much for innocence to survive He became dead inside.
