We had never heard of the disease going into remission; so we called and checked with St. Louis tx center. They don't understand it either. WIndy's lungs have been maintaining for close to a year now.
Windy is currently not doing benefits to raise more money. She does have the Cook Book Fund Raiser available still. She would like everyone to know that the money she has spent is all documented on books and totally accounted for. The remaining monies are in her Lung Foundation account at the bank,
Windy is also happy to let everyone know that she is now able to work a non-exersion job, but no more than 18 hours a month, and no less than 4 hours a month in order to maintain receiving SSI MEPD. Windy also now has some medical insurance and are just working on paying on all her old medical bills that the insurance woulld not go back and cover.
