Many Huns, One War

©2001 by Merav Hoffman

This is the song of the WhirledNightmare. It's written to describe Huns, and several of the different types of invaders; especially those encountered in the middle ages. The huns sang this song all as they destroyed the world at the dawn of the second Millennium- and you can join them!

All the tribes have come to plunder
Visigoths, vikings, and bloody Gauls
Bearing maul and axe
And Inquisitors with their racks
All with one great murderous cry.

Many armies brought together
Many notions of debauchery
Berserker maniacs
Along with those who rape and maul
The women weep, wail and bawl ...

Chorus
So
Burn- build a roaring fire
Maim- take their feet and ears
Burn- pile them on the pyre
Maim- confirm all their fears
We'll despoil the country
Can't you hear our mighty roar?
Many huns, One War

Razor strops to sharpen knives
Bringing agony to countless lives
Nothing sacred do we hold
Kill the young, and kill the old
Laughing as their blood runs cold

Balrogs, poison elves, and manticores
Leaving settlements chewed and gored
Cries of ecstacy
As they go on a muderous spree
They will pursue you as you flee

Chorus

Burnt-out Bridge
Conquest lies there before us
Screams that rip through the night
We rend and burn their bodies
And we'll cut down all their trees
And we can plunder - one and All

Melee (or Rucus)

Raping cows and goats and chickens
And counting through the country's pickings
And now we're on to Spain
Where we'll do it once again
Huns and Goths, all of one mind

Then there comes an ephiphany
When nothing's left to burn or steal
Boy, this planet sure was fun
Now let's find another one
To the ships! We'll burn the stars! -

Chorus
