Every year Women's Minsitry host the Women's Tea.
The very first tea was held in 1994 and was
a "Mother-Daughter Tea" and was very successful.
Women's Ministry provided the table decorations
and different women volunteered to bring food.
This years'menu will be catered with the traditional
fare of sandwiches, fruit, scones and sweets.
and of course a variety of teas and punch and coffee.
After the first tea, there was a theme and
each hostess decorates her own table. She can
use her china, or set with paper settings.
Every women puts her heart into it.
It is really a great opportunity to bring a friend
or family member to experience this special occasion.
In the past the hostess provided a table favor
to each guest. Now Women's Ministry provides the favors.
Evey table looks so beautiful!
One year we had a bridal theme and Linda Martinez
made the most beautiful cake. It had 3 tiers and each
level had a different filling. It was great!
And there was a decorated arch for picture taking.
So women, now is the time to enjoy this experience
that will make a lasting memory. Bring your mother,
grandma, neice, or friend. Don't forget to bring a
camera to take your own pictures.
