Synopsis
		The SATM has transported The Doctor, Tippi & Rufus back to Blackpool in 1896.  They find themselves involved in solving the mystery of The Blackpool Ripper.  The Ripper is kidnapping all the young virgins and using them in his master plan to take over planet Earth.  Can The Doctor stop The Ripper before Tippi becomes his next victim?
