  Peach Blossom Encounter

Though Winnie Hsin is very popular in mainland China, with numerous shows and performances there, every time she just rushes between workplaces and hotels, and also busy for various kind of transportation. If she can back to her home with her parents in Shenyang, she doesn't go everywhere and just stays at home for relaxation. Recently she's changing. Influenced by her friend, Jeff Chang, she tries to take the advantage of working overseas to step further. One of the historical sites in Nanjing was her first stop.

Actually Winnie has been to Nanjing several times but if you asked her how's Nanjing looks like, it's hard to tell. This time, after the performance, she delayed the flight to Taiwan and went to The Tomb of Dr. Sun Yat Sin at Sunday morning. 'I felt something special when I walked along the path leading to the grave. There are some pine trees, some cherry-colored flowers that I didn't know. I wish our Father of Republic can make my peach flower blossoms!'

'After my assistant and me entered the gate of the grave, we counted the steps from the stone tablet. It took 293 steps to the hall. It's Sunday so many visitors lined up. There is a lying statue in the coffin. I thought that our Father of Republic was not alone as there are many visitors to see him everyday. After that, we went further and read the information on the wall.' She was touched by the lots of visitors.

辛曉琪南京遇「桃花」

走遍大陸各大都市城鎮，辛曉琪難得真正卸下心防走出戶外，日前受邀到南京表演，趕在臨上飛機前走一趟中山陵，果真百聞不如一見，最令她開心的是，見到嬌豔桃花枝頭亂綻，笑說：「願國父保佑，桃花朵朵開。」

辛曉琪在大陸很受歡迎，演出機會不斷，不過，她每次到大陸幾乎都是工作、飯店、趕車、搭飛機，來去匆匆，即便是到了瀋陽探望父母親，她也是足不出戶，過著茶來伸手、飯來張口的悠閒生活，最近她受了張信哲的影響頗深，試著趁工作之便走出戶外，傳說中龍蟠虎踞的石頭城南京即是她的起點。

到過南京幾趟，要問辛曉琪南京的都市風貌、觀光景點，她都很難描述，這次她特地將返台時間往後挪半天，周日一早就驅車前往中山陵，「一進到墓道，心中就有一股奇妙的感覺，沿途松柏成蔭，還遇上幾株盛開的桃紅色花，不知道是梅花、櫻花、還是桃花，管它的，希望國父有保佑，讓我桃花朵朵開囉！」和煦的陽光、徐徐微風迎面而來，走過情傷的辛曉琪感受到睽違已久的好心情，真是讓人心曠神怡！

「我和助理進了陵門後，從碑亭邊走邊數，共數了293階才到祭堂，那天是周日人很多，排著隊終於看到了國父的靈寢，在他的棺木上有他的臥像，當時我想，國父其實不寂寞，每天有這麼多人來陪他，看完再往裡面走，牆上有國父的生平以及中山陵的建造簡介，石階其實是292階！」前幾天剛好是國父逝世紀念日，辛曉琪目睹觀光客絡繹不絕，心中感觸良深。  

Who for the 'Endless Embrace'?

In the press conference of the Nanjing 20th Century Classic Songs Concert, Winnie Hsin, who is well-known upon her hit songs, 'Understanding' and 'Scent', expressing the charming of a woman.

For the concert, there was a voting for the best song of the singers. Her song with Leslie Cheung, 'Endless Embrace' gained lots of votes. 'Perhaps everybody knows that, many duet songs are recorded separately, then combined by computer. But 'Endless Embrace' is an exception, I recorded and finished it with "Gor-gor" together completely. He was very charming and I was excited when I saw him at the first time. Later, I found him was candid and lived casually, and didn't show off his popularity. We had a good time and exchanged many true words.'

Does she want to find somebody after the leave of Leslie? 'Nobody can replace "Gor-gor"! I haven't sung this song for a long time, and I just sang once recently with Pin-yuan Huang in a performance in Malaysia. For the show tomorrow... ' Winnie pointed to the male reporter who raised such question, 'don't know if you can sing, if you can do it, let's sing together!'

The female diva also talked about her processing album, 'I didn't like to follow the trend when I was young, and so does today. I want to have my unique style. Many fans urge me to release new album, and my song is a mirror of my feeling.'

辛曉琪找記者深情相擁

自《領悟》、《味道》之後便鮮有佳作傳唱的台灣歌手辛曉琪在昨天的發布會上顯得女人味十足。當年一首與張國榮合作的《深情相擁》不知迷倒了多少癡男怨女，可惜斯人已逝、音容猶存，如果非要選擇一位“繼承者”的話，辛曉琪居然相中了台下的一位記者。

出道多年的辛曉琪，對于目前R & B、Hip－hop大行其道的流行樂壇，她表示自己絕對不會盲目追崇。「我從小就不喜歡跟著流行走，別人風靡什麼，我就偏不跟著學，我想有自己與眾不同的風格。很多歌迷也在催我發新唱片，但我的歌只會反映我的心情，我要做有自己特色的音樂。」

作為本次群星演唱會的協辦媒體，本報曾做過一次演唱曲目的歌迷票選活動，結果辛曉琪與張國榮合唱的《深情相擁》頗受青睞。談起這首有故事的歌，辛曉琪難免還有些傷感：「大家也許都知道，很多男女對唱曲目都是兩人在兩地分別錄制，再通過電腦合成的，但我和哥哥的這首《深情相擁》卻是實實在在待在一起共同創作完成的。第一次見到哥哥，確實會被他天王巨星的風采所迷倒，但相處久了之後，我才發現他其實很平民化，絲毫沒有大牌的架子，我們也相處得非常融洽，還聊了很多知心話。」

那麼，在張國榮離開之後，辛曉琪有想過找哪位歌手代替嗎？「哥哥是無可替代的！我確實已經很久沒有唱這首歌了，印象中只有在馬來西亞開演唱會時，和黃品源合作了一次。至于明天的演唱會嘛——」辛曉琪指著提問的男記者發出邀請：「不知道你唱歌唱得如何，如果還行的話我們也可以合作一把啊！」
