"What New Christians Need To Know"

0 n ancient battlefield as well as modern battlefield, a cripple solder have no chance. For a solder to take the fight to the enemies, he must be able to see, hear, smell and move. These four senses must be develop far beyond that of regular people. If a wild pig fail to smell the dogs he have no chance. It is the same thing with a spiritual solder. You must know that your employers are planning to lay you off, six months before they approaches you. You must know that certain people do not like you before you seek their help. You must know that, that man or woman is not going to be a good spouse to you. You must be able to see behind the masquerade masks that people put on. People in the church wear two face, and two tongues. You must be able to discern them. The reason why we do not know, is because we are not serving God good, there are certain sin in our live. This lesson is prepared to show you how to know.

FIRST THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW:

After becoming a Christian you will still have your old sinful nature or sinful intend. The bible call this the old man. You will still sin, and not because you sin that does not mean that you are not save any more. You will only need to confess that sin to God and forgave yourself and accept God forgiveness and keep going on. This is going to happen several hundred time before you meet the lord. Becoming perfect take time.

THAT FIRST MONTH:

Every thing you do withing that first month, or first year after getting converted to Christiansity will have a life long effect on you good are bad.

Nine Commands to Timothy

You still going to have your food seeking instinct, you still going to have your anger, you still going to have your sex drive. You will only need to learn appropriate Biblical ways of how to deal with it. And this also take times. It will not happen in one day.

1 John 1:8-10 (KJV) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. [9] If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. You must not be comfortable with these verses and remain in this conditions, you must try to move un to maturity, where you will not need the covering of these verses any more. Because look at Rom 6:12 if you became comfortable in sin it will begin to reign in your life again, just like before you were save. We will talk more about this later.

Romans 6:12 (KJV) Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Your first obligation as a new Christians is to yourself. This is your responsibility, it is your soul. You must add to your faith, you must straighten out yourself. The preachers will not do it because they are afraid of hurting your feelings. If you say you want to get married to a cat, they will find a way to agree with you. The whole things is now gone money making. If you refuse to see what is going on, you will be left behind.

Acts 2:40-AV And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

GOD FIRST JOB ON OUR LIVES:

Hebrews 12:6-AV For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

Isaiah 35:8-AV And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it [shall be] for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err [therein].

God begin to clean up our lives, he begin to cut the chain of pride off our feet because he does not walk with the proud. God have people for you to reach for him. Sometime he want a black pastor in a white church and want a white pastor in a black church. If you have prejudice in you, you will failed the calling of God upon your life.

YOU CANNOT SERVE GOD IN CHAINS:

John 8:32-AV And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Hosea 4:6-AV My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

INNER CONFLICT:

The first battle that a new Christians will be call upon to win, is going to be the last battle that you will ever win. This is the inner conflict, between our selves and the spirit of God. This is our old nature, which is call flesh, or the old man.

Romans 7:22-AV For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: Romans 7:23-AV But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

YOU MUST KNOW WHAT SINS CAUSES PEOPLE TO STOP HEARING FROM GOD.

Isaiah 59:1-AV Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: Isaiah 59:2-AV But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid [his] face from you, that he will not hear. Isaiah 59:3-AV For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. Isaiah 59:4-AV None calleth for justice, nor [any] pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

THE HOLY SPIRIT DOES THE GUIDING:

John 16:13-AV Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

You must know what sins stop Christians from hearing from the holy spirit. There are seven sins against the holy spirit. One of the seven is unforgiving. Note! I say only one from the seven is unforgiving.

THE HUMAN ELEMENT:

The second battle that new Christian will have is with people. People in the church, and people outside. People who or upset about your change of life, and are feeling scared about it. God is going to clean up your life. On you job or in church this new life caught people attention. Like a dog who do not like when another dog find a bone, people do not like when other people caught the attention of those in authority. This will get you enemies. God have away to beautify the meek with salvation. People became scared if they see qualities in you that they themselves do not have. Fearing that these qualities that is in you will get you positions that they themselves wanted.

DOING YOUR OWN BUSINESS:

1 Thes. 4:11 (KJV) And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

It is always important to have the ambitions of having your own BUSINESS as a Christian. The persecutions they will give you in the job market have a time to reach unbearable proportions. The oppressors have a way to befriend the supervisors and those in authority and by doing that they get away with a lot of evil. As a child of God your only escape is to come out from among them and start your own BUSINESS.

PROFESSIONS THAT PUT YOU IN LINE OF FIRE:

Eccles. 7:7 (KJV) Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad; and a gift destroyeth the heart.

Learning certain trade can put you in positions to get a lot of persecutions. Becoming a Nurse assistant and or a Home health aide, is a death traps to Christians, especially if you are a man and especially black. If the patient that you get happed to dislike black people are men in general, and should say you pinch them, shouts at them, push them or touches them inappropriate. There goes your license. You will have to be suspended from the job, pending investigations, some investigations can last up to one year, if you did not work on the trade for a period of one year, you will need to get retraining depends on what state you are in. Your female fellow workers will also uses you as a punching bag. Every problem that they had at home with their husbands they will bring it to the job, and find a way to fight it out with you. It is a very stressful trade for men. You will receive no respect from patient's family, they all see you as dung cleaners. No respect from the Nurses that you are assisting, they see you as dime per dozed, and uneducated. It is not a wise choice for a professions for Christians men. The female CNA uses you to do all their lifting, then the smallest jokes you made they hit you with a sexual harassment charges, most of the time the women started the jokes. I have seen cases where men run away from the jokes and still get charge for it. Before learning a new professions, do a research on it, see how long it take to learn, how much money to do the course, how much that job is in demand, how much that job pays and most of all the stresses and hazzards of the job. Building maintenance pay more than CNA, and within weeks you could start to getting money. There are lot of apprentice ship programed all over. There are many more just check with the internet, or your local libraries. There are very little stress handling and diversity in services in the health field and this is needed, because people are getting stressed out.

Psalm 125:3 (KJV) For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

Matthew 10:17-AV But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;

If you do not beware of men, they will cause you to suffer shipwreck of faith.

1 Timothy 1:19-AV Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: 1 Timothy 1:20-AV Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

KINGDOM OF CULTS:

The third battle is with false religions. Now that you have found Jesus, every body will want to bring you to their church, so they can make you two time the child of hell than themselves. If you are not smart they will over throw your faith.

Colossians 2:8-AV Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

2 Timothy 2:17-AV And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 2 Timothy 2:18-AV Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

THE GREAT DEMONIC HOST:

The last and great battle will be with the demonic host. All of these battle can be won by studying the word of God. And learning to listen to the Holy Spirit. Do not just accept every spirit you came across in the church claiming to be the holy spirit Many churches is loaded down with demonic spirit posing to be the holy spirit.

John 16:2-AV They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

(1) EXAMINE YOURSELF:

JUDGE YOURSELF:

1 Corinthians 11:31-AV For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO HAS GRUDGES:

These can cause you to become discouraged. These benefits from your life and works and at the same time do not to want you to know that they benefit from you. You will need to guard your self against these. These kind prefers to drop dead than to tell you that you have been a blessing to them. These hearts have not been touch by God. They got saved but have not put on Christ. To put on Christ mean to be practicing the word. The people of the book, do not practice the book.

Romans 13:7 (KJV) Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

Proverbs 3:27 (KJV) Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

Philip. 2:3 (KJV) Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

PURGE YOURSELF:

If I an you refuses to purge ourselves, we will take every teaching that we receive with a bad spirit. That is the reason why people fake to mis understand the message, the article or the book. Because they take with bad spirit.

2Timothy 2:21-AV If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, [and] prepared unto every good work.

James 4:6-AV But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. James 4:10-AV Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

SPEAK NO EVIL OF OTHERS:

James 4:11-AV Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of [his] brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

Ecclesiastes 10:20-AV Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.

GRUDGE NOT:

James 5:9-AV Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

ENVY NOT:

Mark 15:10-AV For he knew that the chief priests had delivered him for envy.

Acts 13:45-AV But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming.

COVET NOT:

Exodus 18:21-AV Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place [such] over them, [to be] rulers of thousands, [and] rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

Luke 12:15-AV And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

God will never use a covetous person. For what purpose? These kind of people credit others for nothing, they tear down, and cause discouragement.

ANGER NOT:

Proverbs 16:32-AV [He that is] slow to anger [is] better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

People who given in to anger always walk into a trap: Others provoke them easily. And get them to make treats, and get arrested.

THE SIN PROBLEM:

1 John 1:6-AV If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 1 John 1:8-AV If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:10-AV If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

THE SIN AGAINST YOUR BODY:

1 Corinthians 6:18-AV Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

People who have no control over their sex drive always end up in trouble. Men pay young prostitutes $600 to say you rape them. Remember these girls sex for $10 US. They would lied on their father for $600 US. These will have no mercy for a bible proclaiming child of God. That why God is telling us to flee. "flee" In this sense me to beware. It does not mean that you must never take some.

SOME SIN YOU CANNOT WIN AGAINST IT ON YOUR OWN:

1 Corinthians 7:8-AV I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I. 1 Corinthians 7:9-AV But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.

MARRIAGE:

Marriage between carnal Christians and spiritual Christians do not work. you must come of age spiritually to know that such and such a person is not spiritually ready for marriage.

CARNAL MEAN IMMATURE:

Immature Christians do not understand the spiritual Christians. Carnal Christians cannot see the danger up a head.

John 3:8-AV The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Romans 8:7-AV Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
