With all the pictures I have, I
split this up for easier loading. This also has pictures from the second
week that I took. Chris went back on July 29th and more of my
family came that same day and also on August 1st. Here are the pictures
I took during that week.
The Herreshoff Museum

The Herreshoff Museum is located in Bristol, RI and it has many Herreshoff sailboats. They have a web site @ www.herreshoff.org. I went there on July 31st. Here are some pictures I took.

Next door to our house is J. Erik Jonsson Woods Hole Center which is part of the National Academy of Science. They have a web site @ www.jonssonctr.mbl.edu. If you go to their site, click on history, then scroll down to "History of the Estate." The first part will talk about my great, great, grandfather named James Marshall. Below are some pictures I took when I went there on the 2nd of August.

These are pictures taken on our last full day (August 4th) and last day of our trip (August 5th).

We left Cape Cod after this on the Bonanza Bus and got to the T.F. Green Airport around 3:30. Our flight left at 5:30 p.m. eastern time to our connection at Philadelphia. Then we left for Seattle. While on the plane, I saw a good size thunderstorm which was fun watching it at 37,000ft. We arrived at Seattle at 10:30 p.m. pacific time. We were out of the airport around 11:30 p.m. and got home around 12:30 a.m.
When the film gets developed on the regular cameras, there might be more pictures. |
