MEETING MINUTES Nobember 21, 2001

1. Lowell read minutes from last meeting and minutes were approved. 2. We had a special meeting to decide what company we would purchase next. 3. We decided to purchase 30 shares of Maximus (MMS) and approximately 20 of BBBY.. 4. Our next meeting will be January.  No meeting in December. 5. A report of each company was given by each tracking members. 6. We continue our monthly purchases of Home Depot and Walgreens through our DRIP accounts. 7. The meeting place for the next meeting is to be announced.. 8. Due's for December are to mailed to Ralph or Rick before the end of the year..
