Cleanliness |
When I can’t take it, I close my eyes. I go inside my soul, And I hide. I hide away from the world. I go to a place inside Where the air is clean And the water’s clear. The trees sway and The sun shines. The world is perfect. I can read all day and Swim in the lake and Bathe in the stream. The Juniper and Lavender fill my nose and Calm my soul Until I am rested enough to come back. Come back and start anew. Because I am clean. Others may be dirty, But I am clean. |
