| They capture me. They engulf me. The spirits of anger and sadness. Why won’t they leave me alone? Why can’t they go away? I just want to be happy. But when I am so close They pull me down, Down in the depths of the earth Where no one dares venture For fear of never retuning. No support do I get when my spirits are low. I've got to look forward to days When I can ride into the sunset. Where grades wont matter And hearts wont be broken. Just think about the day. Just dream. |
