Take seven of some small item that would not disturb the place where you will be. (Semi precious stone chips, wooden beads, etc., for instance.) When you are done with your spell-working, take the seven items in your power hand and recite the following:
Seven the number of seas
Seven the number of these
That each child of earth, sun, and sea
Who finds each shall find joy in thee.
Drop the items one at a time in a time, not grouped together but far enough apart that they will likely be found by seven different people.
Recite one line of the following as you drop each of the items:
One for the mother
One for the father
One for the daughter
One for the sun
One for the sister
One for the brother
And one for the Goddess who makes us one.
When you have dropped the final item, your spell is finished and the magick is at work
