Edinburgh
Edinburgh is definitely at the top of my list of cities in Europe.  There's just so much to see- galleries, the castle, monuments, pubs (that serve vegetarian haggis!) and even *gasp* shopping.

These pictures are from Arthurs Seat.  It's a random mountainous spot in Edinburgh.  Man, did we do some challenging hiking.  Add some shopping bags on top of that and it made for an interesting time.

St. Andrew's
Blair and Lauren went on a Haggis tour of Scotland with some of Blair's friends from home while I stayed in Edinburgh with Kathryn.  She and I met on our trip to Australia and New Zealand so it was great to see her after all these years!  We went on a Ghost Tour of Edinburgh, a cadleigh (basically Scottish square dancing) and a sweet pub.

We also went on a day trip to St. Andrew's.  Even though it's known as the birthplace of golf, we didn't go see the golf courses.  Heck,  the only thing I know about golf is that in mini-golf you can move your ball away from the wall if it's too close
M'mmm, how about a traditional breakfast?  It includes-tomatoes, toast, potatoes, eggs (with beans on top), mushrooms and sausage (this one is a veggie sausage, I'm a cheater).
