Ma'at is the name of the Egyptian Goddess of Justice and Divine Order. Ma'at is the true balance of any situation. She plays no favorites and will dispense justice to all parties involved. Be sure your own slate is clean in the situation before you call her.
The Egyptians used the word maat to describe the ways of a good lead life. Maat was the idea of justice, right, truth, and order. To live by maat one must try to act rightly and justly. Everyone, including the pharaoh, was supposed to live by this truth.
OK, enough Egyptian mythology you say.. Something about me:
I am 33, Aquarian, live close to Seattle, and work in software. I consider myself a hypocritical Buddhist/Taoist blend. I like to read, watch movies, and other indoor activities I am not going to publish on this page ;) I love the water, saving for a kayak, like to be social and meet as many people as I can from online and real life social circles.
I am 5'7" (well almost), blue eyes, short mouse brown hair, and a Scandinavian pale/ruddy complexion. I also have eight tattoos (pics from the link up at the top) four piercings but all in the ears ;).
I have a degree in Electrical Engineering, but am thinking of going back to school for International Business. I love to travel, get a feel for other cultures, and exotic and/or spicy food.
