There are times in life when you just need to be alone, to destress or regroup.  Take your fishing pole, or a good book to the lakes edge. Fish, its a solitary, quiet pastime and easy to do. Reading is always something you want to do in solitude.  Take the boat and drift around the lake, absorb the sunshine and fresh air, swim or read you could even take a nap if you desired.  Its secluded here and peaceful
There are times when you don't want to be totally alone, so fish quietly with a child or friend, you can even read  or write "alone" together.  Row or let the boat drift and have a good conversation with a friend, catch up on whats going on with each other.
There are times for friends and loved ones but the time for solitude is also important to refresh the mind and body.  Take some "Me" time every day, even for a short time to rejuvenate.
