Hi! My name is Wendy Helmey-Hartman and I am a science teacher at Keystone Heights Jr./Sr. High School in Keystone Heights, FL. Previously I taught at Gainesville High School in Gainesville, Florida . Click here to view my class website.

I am also an alumni (and life) member of the Alpha Eta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Fraternity for College Bandmembers. I played trombone in several of the bands at the University of Florida from 1996 to 2002.

On 5 August 1998, I was granted an amateur radio operator license (Tech Plus) by the FCC. I upgraded to General class on 5 August 2000. My callsign is KF4ZQB. At this point in time, my only radio is an HT (a Yaesu VX-5R ). I am a member of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL).
