Combining astrology and health is usually classified as medical astrology, although it should be understood that radionics is not a system of medicine per se. These courses are suitable for absolute beginners as well as more advanced students who already possess a knowledge of astrology. The three courses must be taken in sequence. The topics covered tend to be similar in each course but are related to the particular level of natal, progressed or transiting charts. Astrological charts used in these courses are usually drawn by computer. The course assesses the strengths and weaknesses of planetary energies; how they move through subtle energy systems via the houses and signs to focus in body structures creating health challenges and predispositions. Planetary energies are considered in their direct and retrograde form and the house system also includes the effects of intercepted signs. The effect of aspects -- conjunction, opposition, square, semi-square trine, sextile, semi-sextile, quintile and quincunx -- is also assessed. Both the hyleg (place of heath) and the anareta (killing planet/place) are discovered and their relative strengths and weaknesses assessed. On the basis of analysis various techniques may then be used to assist the body and mitigate some of the more unhealthy effects whilst enhancing positive factors. These include the use of radionic harmonisation, homeopathy, herbalism, nutritional supplementation and flower essences. There are three parts to the topic Radionic Astrology.
Part 1 covers the natal (birth) chart / horoscope which represents the underlying constitutional predispositions. Part 2 covers progressions and assesses changes and their effects for any year Part 3 covers transits which will activate predispositions through any given year.
