"Does anyone remember this one? It's real Old-Corps style!!"
We're United States Marine girls!
We're Marines all proud and true!
Real live nieces of our Uncle Sam,
We're for the red, white and blue!
WAVEs and WACs will proudly cheer us,
For the best we're bound to be!
So Yankee Doodle hep it up,
the Leathernecks are marching,
Marching for rights and liberty!!
(now the tune changes to "It's a Grand Old Flag")
We're a grand old Corps, we're a hard-charging Corps,
And we're here to relieve fighting men.
May we ever see our country free,
'Cause that's what we're here to defend!
We're Marines all true, and we're proud of it, too,
And we'll always be on the scene!
So let's unite our usefulness,
Keep your eye on a Woman Marine!!
