Don`t waste your vote on Thursday 10 June, vote GREEN

The European Elections take place on Thursday 10 June and because of the proportional voting system, we have a real chance to vote in a West Midlands MEP that really cares about the same issues as you and me. The 3 big parties (Lib-Dems, Labour, Tories) are all in the pockets of big business and will always put profit before people, animals and the planet. We urge you to vote GREEN and elect people that will create a better, cleaner, healthier society for us all. The Green Party already have 2 MEP`s in this country, Dr Caroline Lucas(see picture below) and Jean Lambert. They have made real progress since being elected and Caroline inparticular is a strong campaigner for peace, animal rights, anti-GM and has spoke at rallies on all these issues.

The Green Party are opposed to factory farming and want a total ban on live animal exports. The Greens want an end to all animal experiments and real investment in state of the art research. Greens have also campaigned against the import of dog and cat fur. The Green Party want to see far more action against our biggest global threat, climate change. They want to see more investment in clean energy, better public transport and a halt in air travel, to help combat global warming. The Green Party have always strongly opposed the war in Iraq.
