Dear Guardians of the Treaties,

Following my first letter of 5th April, I am advising it has been circulated to about 10 Foreign Ministers of members states, and submitted to about 5 news agencies so far being a lengthy process due to email addresses being elusive.

The process of publishing this deplorable story, as well as deploying the material showing the true nature of wilful omissions in bureaucratic procedures is accompanied by a widening of websites and setting up keywords for search engines. I have I believe mentioned that my main website occupies between 8th and 11th position of its keywords searches in a result pages indicating 22 million matches. There are now 14 domains; 4 with EU extensions, set up, pointing to special sub domains on the 4 main sites, with two portal domains set up cheaply on free hosting accounts that shall only require a link to the relevant URL's when the time comes.

The first portal http://www.oocities.org/wntrmr/ has been deployed as an introduction to the ongoing traversal of this case, and will shortly include comment that relates to the fact that as yet, I have not received the attention or courtesy of an acknowledgment or reply from any commissioner, as we approach the closing week of the first month. This site does not yet link to the main sites where all the pages are being loaded, and are considerably more professional with sufficient enough bandwidths.

Of course you will be familiar with the following text copied from an EU news item, and its reference to conduct not dissimilar; and contrasting with some replies I have received from Member state government bodies, with the deplorable conduct of the Romanian governmental and juridical agencies that have chosen to read my representations and deliberately ignore them.

A letter delivered to the European Commission on Tuesday 24th Inst, refers to the commission's "apparent readiness to regard the questions troubling the Hungarian minority, which have serious human rights implications, as being of no concern to the commission".

The letter has been signed by 15 MEPs, all but two from the centre-right European People's Party..........

..............The letter accuses the commissioner of being "inclined to sweep these issues under the carpet" and of being "sceptical about the existence of the problems outlined".

I am well aware of the timing of the next announcement, and beg to advise that what has been established so far reveals a willingness to pursue a course of conduct that is unraveling unequivocally as an agenda for enlargement based on a hidden agenda, that A. as time shall unfold what plighted cunning hides” and B. Foul deeds will rise,Though all the earth o'erwhelm them, to men's eyes.” shall eventually come to light and be shown for its true nature.

The absence of the aforementioned replies or acknowledgments shows additionally a lowering of professional standards that was not expected from the commissioners and has not been the case with member countries' replies. This is perceived as a serious want of moral and public office esteem and integrity and shall some day unravel itself. when the reckoning has to be done.

Some pages from the main website will be passed over to the portal site URL indicated above, so you shall be able to observe the course of conduct I am pursuing openly.

Yours most respectfully,

A.H. Winter
