Note: The following  DCP is effective July 1, 2007
Toastmasters International's (revised) Distinguished Club Program/Club Success Plan focuses on Club education and membership growth.  All Clubs are automatically considered in the Distinguished Club Program, which begins July 1 and ends the following June 30.  Progress is tracked at World Headquarters based on information submitted by the Clubs.

Distinguished Club Program Goals
20 or more members
by
June 30
OR
a net growth of 5 members or more by June 30
(Since July 1)
Goal 1:  Two Competent Communicators (CC's)
Goal 2:  Two more CCs (4 CC's in total)
Goal 3:   One  Advanced Communicator Bronze (AC-B), Silver (AC-S) or Gold (AC-G)
Goal 4:   One more  AC-B, AC-S or AC-G (2 Advanced Communicators in total)
Goal 5:   One Competent Leader (CL), Advanced Leader Bronze (AL-B), Advanced Leader Silver (AL-S) or Distinguished Toastmaster Award (DTM)
Goal 6:   One more CL, AL-B, AL-S  or DTM (2 Leadership Awards in total)
Goal 7:   Four new members
Goal 8:   Four more new members (8 new members in total)
Goal 9:   Minimum of four officers trained in each of the two training periods
Goal 10: One dues renewal and one club officer list submitted on time
AND

Recognition
Clubs that meet the membership requirement of at least 20 members or a net gain of at least five members since July 1 of the current Toastmaster Year AND achieve
five or six goals will be Distinguished
seven or eight goals will be Select Distinguished
nine or ten goals will be President's Distinguished
