| John Hurst (son of Thomas and mary Hurst of Stafford Cc., VA.) born abt. 1735 in Stafford Co., VA Married Nancy Nunn, (and later Elizabeth Breedwell on August 6, 1789 in Shenandoah Co., VA) He had 16 children: one of which was Nancy Hurst. Nancy Hurst was born abt. 1790 on Pass Runn, Shenandoah Co., VA. (her mother was Elizabeth Breedwell and father John Hurst) Nancy married John Cammack on Sept. 25, 1809 in Wythe Co.,VA. (* Please note the names changes from Cammack to McCammack in Indiana). Nancy Hurst and John McCammack had 8 children: 1. Mary Cammack b. abt. 1811 2. Lucinda Cammack b. 1815 in Claiborne Co., Tenn. 3. Robert McCammack b.1-18-1817 4. Mariah McCammack b. 5-22-1821 5. Catherine McCammack b. 1-8-1824 6. Hiram McCammack b. 7-5-1826 7. | Stephen Jay Hurst was born April 21, 1946 in Eporia, Kansas. He put himself thru collage and worked for the forestry and BLM for about 25 yrs. Steve was married twice: First time to Loranda B. Littleton in 1971. They had two beautiful daughters. In 1995 he married Laura Gale Harper (who had three boys). Our life together, and our children and grandchildren has been wonderful, and we feel so blessed. This is why I started my first web site "Wodi and Hubby" and all our family and wedding pictures to share with our family and friends. Then I began the Genealogy site and it is still being added to (almost daily). |
