The Germans have not been heard from much until now, so I find it both an honor and a duty to bring them to the forefront here. Within my site, you will discover information on the German side of the renaissance and what part they played in these turbulent times, as well as other Landsknecht sites. I also have links to medieval and renaissance faires I've attended, German costume and weapons information, and links to other friends personal period web pages. On the mundane side, I have many interests which include drawing, sculpting, painting etc. brewing (Ale & Mead), and of course attending Medieval and Renaissance Faires and reenacting the German side of things. Much of this history is not known to faire goers in this area, since most faires are set in Elizabethan England. That is why I chose to bring my country's heritage to light.
For me faire has been a great place to gather on summer weekends with good friends. The atmosphere is great, the entertainment is top notch, but it's the people that keep me coming back. It just doesn't get any better then this.
