If you encounter xxx.ocx registration problem when installation, download MSVB5RT.zip and extract to your window\system directory before installation.

Added feature:
- Activate net monitor (no more hiding). Enter NM value 243 for R&D Test, 242 for
  Field Test, and 241 to disable net monitor.
- Online context sensitive help ( thank for Marcin Wiacek from Poland writing the
  help file).
- Now support TekRAM IR-210b dongle.  You need to run and setup directComm
  (download at www.tekram.com) , and setup the comm port to physical port you
  connect Ir dongle, and then start LogoExpress set the comm port to the same
  physcial port you connect Ir dongle and check IrDA check-box.  Press F2 to connect
  again , and you will see "accessory connected" then.

IrDA support finally works.  
 

Added feature:
-  Tools menu with phone info and network info reading from phone.
-  Reset phone in Tools menu.
-  Connection status show on status bar.

Fixed bugs:
-  IrDA connection probelm.
-  Fixed connection timeout too long in v2b3, and too short in v2b3f.  Now, the
   connection timeout is about 6 seconds, and you got 10 chances to let program find
   your phone if you use a cable , but only 3 changes if you use Ir before timeout (
   test on my P155 machine and P233 laptop).
