| The above mentioned puppy is guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase. The purchaser may return the puppy with the AKC registration papers, in good health, and never having been bred within 6 months from the purchase date and recieve a replacement puppy of the same sex and value from the breeders next available litter. The cost of travel/shipping back to the breeder will be paid by the purchaser. Veterinarian care and payment will be paid by the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to: Keep the puppy in good health, up to date on vaccinations and wormings. Train, love and care for the puppy. The purchaser agrees not to: chain the puppy, or allow it to run loose unsupervised. All puppies that are not sold as show/working prospects are sold on a spay/neuter agreement only. The purchaser agrees to pay all veterinarian bills for any puppy returned in poor health/ condition including the updating of vaccinations if necessary. The breeder reserves the right to retain any returned puppy and not give a replacement puppy if the puppy has been returned in poor physical/mental health. So, please take good care of your puppy. Purchaser agrees to return the puppy to the breeder if the puppy is abused in any way, including housing, nutrition or breeding the Husky before it is 2 years old.. All lawyers fees will be paid by the Purchaser if the breeder must take legal action to retrieve an abused Husky. The breeder strongly recommends obedience training and will be happy to assist you. The above mentioned puppy will carry the WOLF LAKE name on the AKC registration papers. Any changing of the WOLF LAKE name will result in a $2,500.00 fine to be paid to the breeder within 7 days of changing. WOLF LAKE RECOMMENDS: 2 stainless steel feeding bowls steel comb nylon adjustable collar rope toys 6ft leather/nylon leash fleece toys slicker brush kong toy crate nylon bones nail trimming every 4 to 6 weeks WOLF LAKE DOES NOT RECOMMEND: any plastic toy chain leashes shoes socks leaving your puppy alone with any cloth toy HITTING YOUR PUPPY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer agrees to all the terms of this contract upon purchase of the puppy. This constitutes the entire agreement between parties. |
