Summerlandd, a.k.a. Bob, Bobby and Bobber, is a coming yearling grey Arabian colt. His mother was Aristo Tambourine, a most wonderful, sweet mare who entered our lives, stayed five short weeks--just long enough steal our hearts, then left for the next world far too soon.
Bobber is a special needs baby because he has a crooked left front leg and toes out badly on both fore legs. We didn't get him soon
enough to have his crooked leg surgically repaired, so we're working on his problems using corrective hoof trimming, Reiki, and prayer. And it's working! We hope he'll correct enough that he'll stay sound as an adult riding horse. Only time will tell if that happens. Whether or not it does, I promised Tammy we would keep and care for her son for all of his days.
And we will.
