| This quilt was made for my friend Morning Star aka Moon Daughter. Star is one of the Grandmothers of the Odawa people of Canada. Star has always told me to find a balance in all I do and to understand that with out the "bad" there is no go. Everything has a balance. Male/Female, Light/Dark, Above/Below. One counter balances the other. I made this quilt for her with some of the animal Spirit Guides I see around her. |
