Sadhana Kay Needham
Sadhana holds a diploma of counselling and psychotherapy from the Australian college of Applied Psychology (1986), and has been counselling and training women in inner fitness for the last 25 years. She has lived for many years in India since 1977, and has participated in many trainings at the Osho International Meditation Resort in Pune. There she trained in tibetian pulsing, metaphysical hypnotherapy, past life therapy, dream interpretation, stress management, meditation and relaxation therapy and family constellation work. She has also received training in esoteric science and metaphysical readings in Sedona Arizona. Her latest learning journey was to Austria in April last year to participate in a world wide training in family constellation work with Bert Hellinger and his wife Sofie in Austria. (See family constellation Education section of this web site.) She has also attended another International Training Camp with Hellinger in Kuala Lumpur in Februrary this year. She also holds certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. She is a psychic reader, motivational speaker, workshop facilitator and a nurse. She has spent more than 30 years working in the health arena with both allopathic and naturopathic interpretations. She has a passion for personal development, soul science and metaphysics. She is the author of "Mind Management For Modern Women"- "Empowering the Feminine", which is a guide to successful self management of mind and emotion.
Her workshops and trainings use a combination of Western psychology and therapy and Eastern mysticism and meditative technique. She delights in sharing her understandings of soul science and connecting inner health to outer health. She is committed to mainstreaming the science of soul and meditation and attempts to dispel the myths that surround it. Her entertaining educational methods make self healing and self management of health fun. She makes contemporary many ancient understandings and uses many modern methods and techniques to promote self-exploration and awareness development as a way to inner health and self-mastery.
