Women in the 21st Century are faced with greater challenges, multitudes of expectations and more stresses than ever before. Changes in lifestyle, technology, morals, financial expectations, women's roles and increasing pressures to be " superwoman " can be overwhelming.They are struggling to meet expectations of being loving wives to their husbands, nuturing mothers to their children, holding down a job, establishing a career whilst at the same time seeking to develop their potential, to remain calm, sane and healthy.

They often become victims of this struggle and find themselves physically exhausted, emotionally bruised and spiritually bankrupt, wondering about the meaning of it all.
