WELCOME TABLE Be sure to visit the Welcome Table at the North Windfall Hill Pavilion. At the Welcome Table you will find: the raffle ticket jar, the WE silent auction, WE hats & lanyards, name tags, information on the groups that make up the WE Collective, and information on the WE sponsors. A donation jar will also be at the table. A $1 donation is requested from each picnic participant to help cover picnic related costs. If, however, you purchased a ticket to the cancelled WE Bash, you can drop your ticket in the jar in lieu of a $1 donation. NAME TAGS Last year it was requested that WE come up with a way for picnic participants to identify the single women. WE will be using name tags to accomplish this. This year there will be two types of stick on name tags to choose from: (1) Rainbow name tags are for those women who wish to be identifed as single; (2) red & white name tags are for couples or those individuals who do not wish to advertise their partnership status. WE strongly encourage everyone to wear a name tag as it facilitates interaction and the process of getting to know one another. THINGS TO BRING For a list of things to bring and things not allowed please click here. POT LUCK PICNIC Similar to last year WE are planning on having a pot luck picnic. Participation is voluntary. If you would like to take part in the pot luck picnic please be at the picnic site by 1:00 pm. The pot luck picnic will take place in the pavilion. The grills around the pavilion will be filled and going for everyone to share. Please bring your own main course and a dish to pass. WE ask that everyone participating in the pot luck bring a card listing the ingredients of their dish so that people with allergies will know what dishes they can and cannot eat. WE RAFFLE As women arrive at the picnic they will be met at the edge of the parking lot by a WE Greeter who will give them a raffle ticket, an activity site map and a copy of WE's and Kensington's Alcohol Policies. When visiting the Welcome Table be sure to drop your raffle ticket into the raffle ticket jar. There will be 14 prizes given out. Prizes include WE caps & t-shirts, a DAWN t-shirt, and rainbow stuff.
