These are not the regular F-1n's but the limited numbered specially built for the Olympic held in Los Angeles in 1984.  It is essentially the same F-1n except that the "Canon" and "F-1" marking were painted in gold instead of white and with the extra Olympic logo on the right side with special LA XXXX and 4-digit number in lieu of the pure numeric serial number.  This is one of my favorite moden classic cameras that introduced in 1981 extremely solid and reliable, it uses the FD mount Canon lenses and it is not interchangeable with the EF mount specifically for the EOS models.
Canon F-1n 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Edition
Other than the special serial number also in gold, there is another special marking at the back of the back cover "@ 1980 L.A. Olympic Committee" (see above).  Strange enough, the two F-1n's that I own one is with green ASA dial and the other is in white (see below), the one in green is with earlier serial number.  Further down, I have attached the optional data back onto the camera as well as the optional AE Motor Drive FN and AE Power Winder FN, which not only provides added speed but also shutter-priority AE to the camera.  Another thing worth mentioning is that both cameras are with AE Finder FN instead of the standard EyeLevel Finder FN which provides additional aperture-priority AE and stopped down AE.  Finally, F-1n was Canon effort to compete against the then famous Nikon F-3 and Pentax LX!
