Building the Boards

I used AutoCAD to plot and spline the NACA foil shape. I then had a friend with a CNC router cut out eight copies in M.D.F. to build the mold. I used extra cedar from the hull for planking Glassed the inside Filled with pour foam and epoxy together.
Next fair, shape, and glass the outside

Cut to shape sanded and a strip of carbon fiber vacuume baged on each side
finished weight 18 lbs
