Spiritually Transmitted Diseases?

AIDS is transmitted via body fluids, and E-Bola is airborne, while the Hanta Virus is borne in the saliva and body-waste of rodents. Pretty deadly diseases! Some diseases like diabetes, Alzheimers, or schitzophrenia can be genetically borne. Others like Mad Cow are beef borne; hoof and mouth disease, air borne but, what about mad fish?

In the spiritual realm many maladies are borne by people who transmit them verbally or behaviorally to sow them into one another's spirits, so to speak. How? Usually persons in leadership roles transmit the greatest volume of spiritual viruses, which can likewise -- as much as not -- be spiritually disfiguring, crippling, or, inn some caes, eternally fatal. On a spiritual plain, various religious leaders have transmitted systems of beliefs resulting in behaviours characteristic of their religious dogma. To transmit unto the untold masses, those in gurhu, pastoral or other leadership postions disseminate spiritual tidings of all descriptions, containing everything from truth to error. Unwary followers run the risk of being misled, bled, or finding themselves eternally spiritually dead.

What indeed can be spiritually transmitted constituting a disease? For want of space let's just look at a few things. For example, one who has recently received Chrsit may not have been infected with, for instance, a nature to gossip, shun, smear, assassinate, and so on. Whereupon this person falls in with a group of, say, dyslexic leaders who preach the gossip instead of the gospel, the neonate could mistakenly become contaminated with that virus. As this infection takes root, the person's former friends remark the ungodly change in the nature and spirit of the infectee. Hmmm! While leaders say, "Follow me as I follow Christ," many do not model him for Christ was none of the above. As a result, innocent spiritual newborns follow misguided leaders into spiritual dysfunctionality, codependency, slavery, or worse yet, sometimes right into hell. It might be that some viruses can cause spirituial insanity leaving one to live out his life spirituially "bananas.".

Likewise, whereupon one encounters the self-righteous spirit of a person of a magnitude large enough to fill the Astrodome by himself, there oftentimes occurs a transfer of that same spirit unto others.
