| The soldier gets ready for battle, not knowing what to suspect. He thinks long and hard while getting his uniform on and making sure there's no creases, and nothing on his uniform is out of place. He wants to go into the battle, looking his best. and if he should die, He won't just be one of the many, but he'll be one of the few, who are proud. Also, if he dies, He'll have the little white flag And the words his momma said. She said - "Son, this white flag, it represents, not surrender, but it represents peace." The soldier is ready, not just ready for the battle, but he's ready for death. He walks into battle, he gets the first shot, but while reloading, He is shot in the stomach, and there, on the ground, he waves the little white flag and says - "Momma, this white flag, it represents, not surrender, but it represents peace, and momma, I am going peacefully." |
