WordWitch Magazine is published eight (8) times per year and covers the seasonal festivals for both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

The requirements for submission are simple. Sabbat oriented articles are the most welcomed as we cover two sabbats per issue: one for the Southern Hemisphere and the wheel of the year opposite for the Northern Hemisphere. .Anything else related to paganism you wish to write about is acceptable, such as political pagan-related issues, pagan news stories in your area or worldwide, how-to articles, book reviews, recipes (both food and non-food), etc. Articles and cartoons do not need to be politically correct, but do require some taste.

  We
do not accept article which harrass, discriminate against or generally bash another's beliefs or lifestyle! 

  Please do not use other publications in your articles. It is okay to quote a publication, but it is not okay to use portions of their article, even if you wrote it. We would have to get written permission, which is a hassle, time consuming, and could delay the publishing of your article - or even cause it to be unusable. Do not submit artwork that you do not own the rights to unless you have written permission for its use, and can provide a written release. Photographs of people require a model release.

The following formats are accepted for text files:
- Please save all articles as .DOC or .RTF files
- Times New Roman font 12 point ONLY
- ONE space after periods at end of sentences, not two
- Spell and grammar check
- Proof your own work, and/or have someone proof it for you
- Look up the spelling of deity names, show respect!
- Words (such as Latin) in ITALICS
- 300 word minimum articles/columns, preferred 2000 word maximum
- 200 word minimum book reviews, preferred 500 word maximum
- Book reviews on books no older than 1 year
