About us....
SDWC is unique Employee Assistance Program consisting of non-denominationally trained Chaplains that serve individuals of all religious faith preferences, or those with none at all.

We are Professionally trained in Clinical Pastoral Education  (CPE) and  possess secular work experience as well as strong educational and ministry backgrounds.

SDWC is not a platform to increase church membership or preach.  All SDWC Chaplains sign disclosure forms stating they will not bring up the topic of religion until the employee does so first.
