Wealth o' Websites:
The Grand On-line Conversation continues
..
I am excited to announce the completion
of final projects for the course, "Participating in the
Grand Conversation: How can Internet technology support
teaching and learning in schools." This class was developed
by the Philadelphia Writing Project and PEF for Students at
the Center. All the participants, 10 School District of
Philadelphia teachers and 1 parent, completed their own
webpages for their final projects. And the projects are
fabulous! They were created as resources for teachers,
parents and students to use. I highly encourage everyone to visit
our website and check out the
hard work that was put into this.
I'd be interested in hearing what people
find and how you find it useful. There are email links for
the authors too, so feel free to email them directly and let
them know what you think.
The topics were those selected by the
individuals to support their work in schools such
