Exchange Terms

Please read carefully if you want a successful exchange with me.

I do not sell or exchange "usable" pre-paid phone cards. If you get one with any usable units, then consider your self lucky. I only exchange USED phone cards. This is a hobby and not a business.
Submitting a request does not automatically entitle you to get the cards you requested, all other terms and conditions in this list apply.
I update my pages as soon as I have received a request form and sorted out the cards, which is usually within 24 hours from the time you submit the request form. Meaning that if there is only one duplicate of the card that you selected, and some one else had submitted a request before you at the time I am in bed, then that card is actually booked though it shows to be available.
Service is based on first come first serve basis. Which means that though the web page may display availability of cards, some one else could have submitted their form a second before you or some time after you, but I look at the time and order in which your requests enter my mail box. First in gets the priority and if they have selected same card as you did, then your chances for getting that card may be less.
Once I receive your request (form) for cards, I will sort out the cards and keep them aside for you (what ever you have selected, if they are available) for a maximum of 14 days (2 weeks). You are expected to communicate with me efficiently and complete exchange of all necessary information within 7 days of initial contact. If you have not finalized the transaction by then, you can be sure that after the 14th day, I will put the cards back on the web and make them available to other people. HINT: Because of this reason, the card that might not have been available to you before will become available when I re-post it on the web, so do come back in 2 weeks to see if the card is available again or not.
After we have successfully exchanged all necessary information, I will immediately send out your requested cards by priority mail (you will probably get them within 7 working days).
Exchange is based on good faith. I will let you know that I have posted the cards as soon as I get back from the post office. I therefore expect you to send your lot of cards either soon after you receive my confirmation of posting my cards to you, or as soon as you receive the cards from me.
I expect to receive same amount of cards from you in exchange within 33 days from the day I post my cards to you. I have lived in various parts of the world and I know that it takes a maximum of 26 days for mails to get from one place to another (let me know if there are any delays). Failing to do so, I will sadly assume that you have cheated me and take necessary measures which will definitely include cautioning every one of your actions (that is something both you and I would not like to see).
