Chocolate Cake ~ submitted by Lisa ~ Austria
***You don't need any baking powder!***
140 g butter                                       6 eggs
110 g powder sugar                           110 g sugar
140 g chocolate                                  140 g flour

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C (sorry have no idea how much this is in F) and grease a mold. Melt butter in the microwave and mix with powder sugar and add melted chocolate. Stir well and add the yolks. Use another bowl to beat the egg white together with the sugar until it is stiff. Mix both mixtues together (just by using a spoon and be carefull) and then add the flour then (also in a carefull way, do not beat!). Put in the oven and backe for 60 minutes altogether, let the door of the oven open just a little bit for the first 15 minutes, then close.
When ready let it cool for some time and then sprinkle with powder sugar or melted chocolate.
