I've developed a theory on what constitutes an absolutely terrible comedy. Here goes-- if the addition of Steve Guttenberg would improve the movie, you know it's a steaming pile of dog crap.
The cadets (well, only a few of them) return for the seventh installment of the incredibly stupid series. This time, they go to Russia and hilarity ensues. Wait, no it didn't. Nothing funny happened in this movie. Period. I mean, really.... you can only make so many movies where the main character is a black guy that makes stupid noises.
