Rear Emblem
1) Remove from truck
2) Use hairdryer to heat up blue/chrome Ford oval,  carefully pry under the right or left edge without scratching the chrome oval.  Continue to heat up the oval till you can pry it completly off (*try and get it off in as close to one piece as you can...it will be used as a template later.)
3) Sand/scrape off the adhesive left inside the oval.
4) (*This step can be omitted if reflective letters aren't wanted) Place a piece of 3M reflective tape inside the oval and trim it away from the edges
5) Print on an overhead transparency whatever you want your custom emblem to say (ie...Ford, TREMOR, FXII..etc) (*This step requires some print-outs on practice paper to get the size right, also lettering must be left white so it will print out clear if you want reflective emblems).
6) Use the blue/chrome ford emblem as a template to cut out a proper size oval.
7) Place contact cement around the edge of the oval and place the new emblem oval inside.
8) Mix-up Famowood high gloss epoxy coating and pour carefully into oval. (*Directions that come with this product must be followed extremely closely if the emblems are to come out decent.)
Front Emblem
1) Remove from truck
2) Use hairdryer to heat up blue/chrome Ford oval, use razor blade to pry up one side (*this emblem is different that the rear... it is a softer material and if heated up enough i was able to peel it off in nearly one piece...which you want)
3) This is the fun part......the Ford letters and chrome ring are raised up inside the chrome oval....these have to come off.  I used one of my 1/4" chisels to wittle down all the letters and then sand it smooth. (*Mask off around the chrome oval to protect against slips)

..........From here out refer to steps 4-8 from the rear emblem, they are the same.....
