Life

This page is dedicated to the Beauty of life, as so well described in the Italian movie from Roberto Benigni, La vita è Bella.

I also adored and got motivated by the Celestine Prophecy, a series of books by James Redfield and friends, which I warmly recommend to read.

The gist of the stories are that our life has a meaning (Thanks to Monty Python for their contribution ;-)), that we choose our parents to have a better chance to make our destiny a reality, that we should not steal energy from each other, but connect ourselves to the Universal Energy (where Reiki can help), that the Universe will help us by the right coincidences to get us on one of the many ways to our destiny.

We are free beings that can be happy with the abundance of love, instead of fighting for limited resources (like petrol ;-)). It is the choice that each of us can make, every second.

Next to the stories, there are also the experimental guides, books that allow to analyze one's life alone, but better in group, to see why we often tend to run into the same kind of issues. I have made great friends in the discussion groups where we shared a lot of Energy. Thank You to all for the (en)courage(ment) to look inside ourselves.

Another great opportunity to feel Life flowing and growing is Biodanza, created by Rolando Toro in the 60s. Through free dance exercices on well chosen pieces of music, we can allow ourselves the freedom to connect to our deepest feelings and instincts.

Life is beautiful, as Roberto Benigni pictured so magnificently. Let's try to see its Beauty every second.
