Our January meeting was attended by Martha Alexander, Debbie Krause, Monica Rice, Cary Kozell , Marge Thiessen, Suzanne Palm and Lynda DiGregor.

The meeting began around 11 am at Keif's Reef: We discussed:

1. Observation run
2. Events and possible rides
3. Patch
4. Next meeting

We will contact Ellen Marsili to see if she can help us put together an Observation Ride to raise funds for our chosen charity and our chapter.

Debbie invited us to the charity dance for American Heart Association sponsored by the McHenry Hog Chapter.

Also the Bike Show at the Rosemont is on February 12th and 13th

Debbie will be organizing a Gambling Ride , possibly to Joliet, IL or Dubuque, IA Date to be determined (perhaps June)

Suggested Weekend Rides

Also suggested by Debbie a weekend trip to the Mall of America in Minnesota. If you would like to help organize this ride, please contact Lynda or Suzanne. We would need to
get a place to stay etc.

Ride of the Month

Please make it known where you would like to go for the rides of the month. Warm weather will be upon us before you know it.

Marge , if you still want to organize a Wisconsin day ride , just let us know when . (Thanks, Marge!)

Because we were unable to get together for the holidays it was decided that our next meeting will be held at

We will meet on Sunday, Feb. 20 between 10 and 10:30 am for Sunday Brunch. Cost is $13.00 per person , less for children . Worth every penny. US Rt 20 and South Union Rd. 3 miles east of Morengo. Watch for the billboards.

It was announced by Women On Wheels that there would be a yearly chapter fee of $25.00. New chapters would not pay this fee until next year.

The Red Hawk Riders chapter of Women On Wheels meeting was adjourned around 1:30 pm.
