Wayne Phillips is a Canadian artist from Hamilton, Ontario.  Educated at the Ontario College of Art, Toronto (1989-91), Wayne studied Printmaking (various techniques), Colour, Fine Art and Art History. Wayne has participated in numerous one-person and group exhibitions since 1977 .  His work is in collections in Canada and internationally and he is listed in the World Artists Registry.
