Mayor Joseph Delfino created the Open Space Acqusition Advisory Commitee in 2001.  With the assistance of the Trust for Public Land, the City of White Plains has been purchasing property throughout White Plains in order to protect as much open space throughout the city as possible.      The latest OSAAC has started a new series of property reviews.  The new list includes about 30 parcels of land from across the city.
