2. We will charge the first
$200 of your rental fee against your card 21 days prior to your scheduled
Arrival Date. This portion of your
rental fee is non-refundable once it has been charged. If you make a reservation less than 21 days
from your scheduled Arrival Date, then we will charge the $200 on the day you
make the reservation.
3. Approximately 1-2 weeks
prior to your scheduled arrival, we will contact you with a 4 digit lock box
code. We leave a key for the condo
inside the lockbox and hang the lockbox on the doorknob of our condo. We change the lockbox code each week, so your
code will be just for your visit. PLEASE
ASK ABOUT PARKING PASSES, THE RULES SEEM TO CHANGE EVERY YEAR.
4. The morning of your
scheduled arrival, we will charge your credit card for the balance of your
rental fee.
5. We start cleaning the
condos around 10am. You are allowed to
check in anytime after 3pm (it is fine if you need to come in late at night). Upon arrival to the complex, please go
straight to the unit that you have rented. The only reason you would have to check in
with the on-site office is if we have asked you to obtain a parking pass. Punch in the 4 digit code (the order the
numbers are entered does not matter) and remove the front face of the lock box
and use the key found inside to let yourself into the condo.
6. The condo will have most
BASIC linens for bedding and showering. We
recommend bringing your own beach towels.
7. The condo will have BASIC
pots and pans, dishes, silverware, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
8. During your visit, please
call us immediately if there are problems with the condo. In normal traffic, it takes us about 20-25
minutes to get out to the condos.
9. Have a great time, soak up
the sun, eat too much food, sleep late. Please share your likes and dislikes with
others in our Customer Comment books.
10. The morning of your
departure, you are required to check out no later than 10am. Please put all used linens in the tub, place
all dirty dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle.
11. Drive home safely and come
back next year!
