Modifications
K&N (FIPK) cone filter:
This filter is a huge improvement in air flow over the stock filter.  The install is very simple and straight forward.  The hardest part will be taking out the factory air box. The mounting brackets that come with the filter fit very well so no grinding or bending is needed. You will notice that you can hear the turbos and BOV much better with this filter. Also, it will give you a good start for more modifications.
Greddy Type-S BOV:
The stock BOV often fails on these cars.  To fix mine I decided to replace it with an aftermarket BOV.  You will need to get the adapter flange in order to for it to fit.  The install is fairly simple and shouldn't take more than an hour to complete.  All you need to remove is the Filter and MAS.  Remove the old BOV, attach the adapter flange to the new BOV, attach the new BOV following the diagram, then reinstall all the parts and your car is ready to go.  The Greddy is much louder than the stock BOV and makes a high pitched whistle.  I recommend this as a replacement if your BOV has broken or if you plan on adding lots of power modifications.
ATR Downpipe:
This downpipe is a direct bolt on replacement and will work with your stock exhaust or any exhaust designed to work with the stock exhaust.  This downpipe is 3in. versus the 2.5in stock downpipe.  It also eliminates the catalytic converter if uncut.  My state requires no emissions test so I decided against using a cat.  I also decided to weld the rear flange rather than use the clamp to prevent it from ever leaking.  Another advantage of this downpipe is that you will save a small amount of weight.
ATR Catback:
The ATR catback is also a direct bolt on replacement.  This pipe is also 3in. versus the 2.5in. stock catback.  The ATR also only has one muffler versus the stocks two mufflers.  But it still retains the 2 outlets.  The installation is easy and to save weight you may want to remove your tunable exhaust motor if equipped.  I also chose to have mine welded rather than use the clamps that came with the exhaust.
Kumho Supra 712 tires:
These tires offer decent performance for the money.  This tire has decent tread life and isn't too shabby in the rain. I would like to have the MX's but I couldn't get hold of them in time for an event so I settled for the 712's.  The only really positive aspect about these tires are they are extremely loud when pushing the car and will let you know well in advance that your about to exceed their limits.
Autometer Boost gauge and A/F gauge:
For the boost gauge you need to follow the simple instructions.  I chose to tie into the hose on the drivers side of throttle body on the plenium.  Then follow the wiring diagram. The A/F gauge also is extremly easy to install following the diagram.  You can either hook to the ECU or the white wire on the O2 sensor on the ECU side of the plug.
Autometer A pillar gauge pod
Easy to install.  All you have to do is remove your current trim and drill holes for the screwes and the wires.  When you do run the wires you can run them into the engine bay through a rubber graumett on the drivers side below the dash.  The pod is a very good fit.
Problems and Trouble Shooting
Stock BOV:
After owning my car for over a month I began hearing a loud howl coming from under my hood during moderate acceleration.  The problem clearly sounded turbo related.  After reading up from other sites I found out that the stock BOV has a tendency to begin leaking.  Since this seemed to be a common problem I chose to replace it with an aftermarket BOV.
