Royal Rumble Matches, Tazz and Raven, Wrestlemania matches! An angle will begin in the next few weeks involving Tazz, Raven, the Hardcore title, and the Acolytes. A series of matches (that have begun at the RAW and Smackdown! tapings this past weekend) will involve Tazz, Raven, and a few others battling for Raven's title. Tazz will keep getting the shaft in these matches, and enlist the help of the Acolytes to help get the title. Part of this angle will involve a bet between Tazz and the Acolytes, where if Tazz loses the bet (and loses the title match) he will have to be 'stuck' with Jacqueline, who has been paired with the Acolytes over the past few weeks. This plan is tentative, and subject to change. As of now, the two planned main events for Wrestlemania X-Seven are The Rock vs. Steve Austin for the WWF Championship and a Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels grudge match. The Triple H-Michaels matchup depends on a number of factors which include how his meetings with the WWF go before the event and the condition of his back. Steve Austin vs. William Regal in a #1 contender's strap match at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view is being talked about for the show. The Rock vs. Kurt Angle for the WWF Championship at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view may be changed to a fatal four-way including Kane and the Undertaker in the match. Another possibility is the Rock-Angle singles match, and a Kane vs. Undertaker vs. Rikishi vs. Chris Jericho fatal four-way match.
