Place in History - What can one say about Jaguar Yokota? Some say she was the bridge between the glamour-based Beauty Pair and the workrate-based Crush Gals and leave it at that, but she is so much more. Jaguar was simply the first great worker in joshi and was a major trendsetter. Despite her youth and size, Yokota was such a spectacular worker that she had to be pushed to the top and made the top star before her 20th birthday. Her title reign was something else and she did some impressive houses feuding with a variety of colorful heels. When the Crush Gals came up, Jaguar was immediately pushed into the veteran position before being pushed into an early retirement. Just under a decade later though, Jaguar Yokota returned with her own company and looked as good as ever. While she tends to slip under the noses of many, Jaguar is simply a must-see if one considers themself a fan of not just joshi or puroresu, but pro-wrestling as a whole. The "greatest of all-time" has been tagged on to a select few wrestlers, but Jaguar is amongst those and she is more than deserving of being in the company of the men who are always thought of before her.
